Frank Ricci founded Procon General Contractors in 1990 after growing up in a family of Italian builders. Long before starting the company, he learned the fundamentals of the trade by working alongside his father—where careful workmanship, practical problem-solving and respect for the client’s home were expected every day.

Frank later completed the three-year Construction and Engineering Technologies program at George Brown College. With more than 40 years of hands-on construction experience, he brings both technical knowledge and field experience to complex residential renovations.
Today, Procon remains intentionally small. Frank is directly involved in planning, site coordination and quality control, and the company accepts a limited number of projects so each home receives proper attention.

Qualified Regulated Trades Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is completed by appropriately qualified trades, with permits and inspections coordinated where required.
Detailed Written Proposals Once drawings, selections and scope are sufficiently defined, we provide a written proposal. Requested changes and unforeseen concealed conditions are documented and priced before additional work proceeds.
