Interior Renovations, Primary Suite, Staircase Reconstruction & Custom Carpentry
Procon General Contractors completed a series of interior and exterior improvements to this bungalow in Rexdale, Etobicoke, transforming existing spaces to improve comfort, functionality and everyday living.
Primary Bedroom Suite and Ensuite Bathroom
One of the main improvements involved converting two existing bedrooms into a larger primary bedroom suite, incorporating a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The redesigned layout created a more spacious and practical private living area within the existing home.
Basement Staircase and Railing Reconstruction
